How It Works
Any gift of this type needs to be reviewed by UJA-Federation's gift acceptance committee.

- UJA-Federation pays donor cash for agreed sale price, and donor receives an income-tax deduction
- UJA-Federation may use or sell the property
Benefits

- Donor receives a federal income-tax deduction for the difference between the sale price and the fair-market value of the property
- UJA-Federation receives a valuable piece of property that we may sell or use to further our mission
